Refund notice
Last updated 13 August 2026. This notice applies to paid Datafeaturegrid programmes invoiced by the Bangkok studio. This website does not take payment.
Eligibility
Refunds are available to the person or company named on the invoice. Seats cannot be refunded to a different entity than the payer without a written assignment. Complimentary or scholarship seats, if any, have no cash refund.
Timeframe
Full refund. You may cancel for a full refund up to 14 days after the invoice is paid, provided the first live session (or, for Signal Desk, the first marked assignment) has not begun. If you have already opened more than two recorded lessons on Signal Desk, the 14-day full-refund window closes early.
After the window. Requests made after 14 days, or after the first live session, are considered under partial-refund rules below. Requests more than 30 days after the final scheduled session are not accepted except where Thai consumer law requires otherwise.
Full or partial refund
If we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a transfer you accept, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort. If you withdraw after the first live session of Ledger Studio, we may refund 50% of the fee if fewer than four sessions have run, and 25% if four to seven have run. After session eight, live seats are not refundable except for documented medical or force-majeure reasons at our discretion.
Attribution Atelier is priced per small group. If the whole group withdraws before the first facilitated session, the 14-day full-refund rule applies. After the first session, refunds are assessed against unused session hours, minus a 15% administrative portion.
Non-refundable items
The following are not refundable once delivered or consumed: printed desk materials you asked us to courier; third-party venue costs for an optional Sukhumvit evening if you reserved a place and did not attend; custom audit memos already issued under Attribution Atelier. Bank transfer fees charged by your bank are not refundable by us.
Refund process
Write to info@datafeaturegrid.digital with the invoice number, the programme name, and whether you prefer a transfer or a refund. We may ask for the original payment reference. Phone: 022 603 581. We confirm receipt within two working days and a decision within ten working days after any needed documents arrive.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method where possible (same bank account or card rail). Processing typically takes 10 to 21 working days after approval, depending on the payer’s bank. We do not refund in cash at the desk. Currency will match the invoice (USD or THB) unless we both agree otherwise in writing.
Cancellation by you or by us
You may cancel by email using the process above. We may cancel or postpone a cohort if enrolment is too small to run a critique room, if an instructor is unavailable and no substitute can be briefed, or for events beyond our control. In those cases we offer a transfer or a full refund of fees paid for the affected seat.
Exceptions
Nothing in this notice limits non-waivable rights under Thai consumer protection or PDPA. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may delay a goodwill review. Misuse of recordings (public upload, resale) can void remaining refund eligibility for that seat. If a statutory cooling-off period applies to you and is longer than 14 days, the statutory period prevails.
