Privacy notice
Last updated 13 August 2026. This notice explains how Datafeaturegrid handles personal data when you use this site or sit a programme.
Data controller
The controller is Datafeaturegrid, operating from Street: Watthana, Sukhumvit; City: Bangkok; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10110; Country: Thailand. Email: info@datafeaturegrid.digital. Phone: 022 603 581.
We process personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver teaching, issue invoices, meet Thai accounting duties, and keep the site secure. Legal bases include performance of a contract (enrolment), legitimate interests (improving teaching, defending claims), consent where we ask for it (analytics cookies), and legal obligation (tax records).
What we collect
- Enquiry and enrolment details: name, email, optional topic, message, company if you volunteer it.
- Programme records: attendance notes, homework you submit, metric contracts, invoice metadata.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and cookie choices as described in the cookie notice.
- Catalog extracts you choose to share for critique. We ask that you redact identifiers before sending; if you do not, we will treat the file as confidential teaching material and delete it after the agreed review window unless you ask us to keep a marked copy.
We do not buy marketing lists. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not become enrolments are kept for up to 18 months so we can resume a conversation without asking you to repeat context. Invoice and tax records are kept for the period required under Thai accounting rules, typically at least five years. Recording access logs for paid seats are kept for the access window on the invoice plus 90 days. Cookie consent is stored in your browser until you clear it. Alumni mailing-list addresses stay until you unsubscribe.
When a retention period ends, we delete or irreversibly anonymise the data, unless a dispute or legal hold requires a longer keep.
Your rights
Subject to Thai PDPA and any other law that applies to you, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccuracies, deletion where we no longer need the data, restriction of processing, and a portable copy of data you provided. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful use.
Send requests to info@datafeaturegrid.digital. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand or to your local supervisory authority if you live elsewhere.
International transfers
Our studio is in Thailand. Hosting, email, and recording tools may process data in other countries, including where subprocessors maintain data centres. When we transfer personal data outside Thailand, we do so only as needed to operate the site and programmes, and we use contractual clauses or other safeguards available under applicable law. If you enrol from the EEA, UK, or another region with extra transfer rules, we will describe the mechanism in the invoice pack or on request.
Children
Programmes are aimed at working practitioners. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
Updates
We will update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top will move. For cookie-specific detail, read cookies. For enrolment rules, read terms.
