Cookie notice

Last updated 13 August 2026. This page explains cookies on datafeaturegrid.digital. Personal data more broadly is covered in the privacy notice.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. Similar technologies include localStorage keys. They can remember a choice, keep a session, or help us understand which pages are read. They are not required for you to read syllabi or send an email.

Types we use

Essential. These remember that you accepted or rejected the banner so we do not ask again on every page. They do not profile you for advertising. The site remains usable if you reject analytics.

Analytics. These load only after you press Accept on the banner. They help us see aggregate page counts (for example, whether the IAP Signal Map is actually read). They are not used to build a marketing audience. If you press Reject, analytics cookies are not set. Rejecting does not block courses, forms, or legal pages.

How to manage or disable cookies

Use Accept or Reject on the banner. To change your mind later, clear this site’s cookies and localStorage in your browser, then reload — the banner will return. You can also block cookies entirely in browser settings, or use a tracking-prevention mode.

Browser guides differ: look for “cookies,” “site data,” or “local storage” under privacy settings in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Clearing all site data will also forget the banner choice.

Third-party cookies

We load fonts from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash. Those providers may process technical data under their own notices. We do not embed social pixels, advertising networks, or MMP tags on this marketing site. If we add a third-party analytics tool later, it will appear in the table above and will still require Accept.

Impact of disabling

Rejecting analytics or blocking cookies does not stop you from reading pages, opening syllabi, or submitting the contact form. You may see the banner again after clearing storage. Font or image fallbacks may look less refined if you block all third-party requests, but content remains available. Essential localStorage is only used to remember your banner choice.
